What the questionnaire collects
The booking flow asks for your name, email, business or project name, decision-making role, the process you want to improve, its main business impact, implementation timing, tools you currently use, an optional link, and your preferred meeting method. A phone number is required only when you choose a phone call.
Why answers are saved progressively
After you provide your email and choose Continue, each completed answer is saved so you can close and resume the flow. Answers are saved on valid step transitions—not on every keystroke.
Contact and consent
Your answers are used to understand your inquiry and may be used by Werley to contact you about it. No inquiry data is sold.
What Cal.com receives
Cal.com receives only the booking essentials: your name, email, meeting location, phone number when applicable, and an opaque lead identifier. Your qualification answers stay in Werley’s database. Cal.com handles availability, calendar invitations, reminders, rescheduling, and cancellation.
Necessary cookies
A strictly necessary, HttpOnly cookie keeps your saved inquiry attached to this browser. It contains a random token and no personal information. If you arrive through a source link made by Werley, a second HttpOnly cookie temporarily remembers that source so a later inquiry can be attributed correctly.
Retention
An unbooked inquiry expires after 90 days. A booked or cancelled booking record expires one year after its booking event. Temporary rate-limit records expire within 24 hours. Anonymous source-link visit records expire after 90 days, and the attribution cookie expires after 30 days or is cleared when an inquiry is created.
Deletion requests
You can ask for deletion at any time by emailing br22.contact@gmail.com.
Source-link measurement
Werley may use short first-party links such as /r/link-code to count visits and understand which published links lead to real inquiries. These records do not store a raw IP address, browser fingerprint, or copied referrer. The site uses no advertising trackers and does not sell this data.
